Post Doctoral Research Assistant in Computer Vision


Jinbo Xu is the recipient of an award funded by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), in collaborative research with Dr. Tobin Sosnick (University of Chicago). The award is for just under $200,000 and covers three years. The grant is titled "Protein Structure Refinement using a Novel Moveset".

Post Doctoral Research Assistant in Computer Vision

Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago (TTI-C) is a growing institute of computer science located on the University of Chicago campus. TTI-C has a growing effort in computer vision and was part of a team taking second place in the 2007 PASCAL object detection challenge. Applications are being accepted for a Post Doctoral Research Assistant in the areas of object detection and scene understanding.

The successful candidate will carry out research and development under the direction of the PI of the research project. We require a recent Ph.D. Degree in an area related to computer vision. This search will remain open until filled. Submit your application electronically at:
